My grandfather, Victor, was born in Okeene to Henry and Katherine (Ekaterina) Geis. He also has some family located in Colorado, so I am intrigued by your post. Some Victor's brothers and sisters were Lydia, Eddie, Leo and others. My paperwork is buried at the moment and I can't get you full names. The family eventually moved to Wisconsin in the 30s. Henry and Katie were both from around Neu Messer in Russia.
