I finally got a copy of my great grandfathers death cert.!! And what
an xmas present too!! I was at a brick wall with him. Here is what it
says:

John Henry LONG born 10-10-1874 in Georgia, died 5-31-1961 Logan County
Arkansas at the State Sanatorium (Ark. Turberculosis Sanatorium) He WAS
NOT in the armed forces. He was a farmer. Father's name James LONG.
Mother's name Sarah CRAIG.

I did not know any of this before except for birth and death dates and
that he married Susan Belle ASH (daughter of Nelson Damon ASH)

Let me know if any of this rings a bell with anyone..
