Dear List, I'm looking for an Erastus Ananias Thompson, who (according to
his tombstone) was born in South Carolina, married Mary Ann Bonds in DeKalb
County, Georgia in 1847, and died in Cass County, Texas. He had brothers
Isaac and Joshua, and a sister Sophronia (married Daniel Howren). The
siblings were also married in Georgia. I do not know who the parents
were. Surely, with such an uncommon name, someone must have run across
him! He is also known as Ananias Erastus, or E. A., or A. E., or just A.
Thompson). Any information about this person will be deeply
