ACTS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF GEORGIA, PASSED AT
MILLEDGEVILLE,
AT AN ANNUAL SESSION, IN NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, 1821.

Short Title: To divorce and separate Samuel Buckstiner and Ann Buckstiner,
his
wife.
Type: AN ACT


Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of
Georgia, in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority
of
the same, That from and immediately after the passing of this act, the
matrimonial contract entered into, by and between the said Samuel Buckstiner
and Ann Buckstiner, his wife, shall be, and is hereby dissolved and set
aside --
in conformity to the constitution and laws of said state governing
divorces.
