Olive Emaline b. June 11, 1900. I met her once that I know of--in Washington State when my family went to visit, again in the late 1960's but as I was a child had no clue. She married Alejandro Ramirez, probably stationed in California since my father was born in San Pedro, California in 1934. Another son, Benjamin Sirginson Ramirez is about 2 years younger and probably still resides in the area, but have not located him.

Olive and Alejandro divorced when he wanted to transfer to the east coast. My father remembers driving to Sprague to visit the cemtery and visiting someone he thought to be his grandmother in Oregon. He moved to Florida where my grandfather was living.

She married George Simonson and later divorced him.

In 1976 she visited my parents in Texas, however, I had only spoke with her by phone. My sister, who was still living at home, mentioned she thought our grandmother had given up a child for adoption before our dad was born--but that may be hearsay only. Her death certificate, d. Nov. 18, 1982, lists Benjamin Sirginson and Alwilda Fitswater as her parents.
