Herb,
John and Almena moved to Cumberland Co about 1869. They are counted on the Cumberland Co census as John JOHNSTON and ALMARY with 5 children and one Sarah (Decker) Johnston (wife to Perry (one of the five and also my line. Sarah's parents were next door listed as Wm Dicken (should have been Decker), wife and dau. The one person from this family I could find on the 1880 census was Perry Johnson in Wayne Co with wife (Sarah) one son and 2 dau. Wm Decker again next door. Did not find John, Almena or any of the other children.
