And your great grandfather James SO Crow was married to Emma E Littlejohn, James Farmer's sister! There were 3 Littlejohn-Crow sibling marriages that I am aware of:
James Farmer Littlejohn m. Lillian Bell Crow
Emma E Littlejohn m. James S O 'Sam' Crow
Ella Desma Littlejohn m. Charles McNewton Crow

I actually descend not from James Farmer Littlejohn's father Charles Thomas Littlejohn, but CT's brother Cicero Asbury Littlejohn. But have recently (this spring) "found" descendents of the Littlejohns (and Crows!) that went to Dekalb Co, AL.

I have made contact and met descendents of Charles and Ella Crow, and James and Lillian Crow. In fact, several several descendents (of the other 2 Littlejohn-Crow lines) are meeting in Geraldine next Sunday to compare notes and scan photos --- are you interested in joining us? I think I have some photos you ight be interested in that I have already scanned and can email you.
