Subject: Looking for all Lohne's originally from Lauf, Baden, Germany

Hello! My Maria Anna Lohne left Lauf, Baden for the United States in 1853.
I have traced the Lohne family of Lauf quite well in Baden (though I'd love
to find their descendants in Lauf). I do know other Lohne's left Lauf for
the US though and would LOVE to find their descendants. So far I know that
a Rosalia Lohne left and accompanied her sister from Lauf and they arrived
in New Orleans together in January of 1854. Rosalia was only 16 at the
time. We also have a Karl Anton Lohne (nephew to Maria Anna and Rosalia -
b. 28 DEC 1850) who came with his wife Magadelana (Serr being her maiden
name) and daughter Genofeva (born 01 DEC 1884), they left Lauf in 1888 for
the United States. Once again, whereabouts in the US or whether returned to
Germany - unknown. Then in 1893 we have an Albert Lohne, born 25 JUL 1878
who left Lauf for the United States - this is interesting because he
would've only been 15 at the time and appears to have gone alone.
Would love to hear from any Lohne's in Baden as well as Lohne descendants in
the United States.
