A book talk by the local author & historian, Dr. Hollis Palmer, on his new book, "Leave it to the Ladies" the setting of which is local. He also wrote "Curse of the Veiled Murderess" a "true crime" story about a murder that took place in Troy in the 1850's. Here is more info:
