An interesting article dealing with The Parks of Troy, along with numerous photographs, has been added to the LOCAL HISTORY SECTION of the TIGS website.

This 15 page article, including photographs, was originally published as a supplement to the Troy Daily Times on January 16, 1904.

Richard C. Herrick of Troy, NY, who transcribed the article and scanned the photographs, brought this article to our attention and suggested that we could post it on the website.

Thanks to Mr. Herrick, this article was a perfect addition to the Local History Section of the TIGS website.
