I do have a copy of his draft record, but sadly the records held by the
government for that time which would state date and place of death have been
destroyed by fire. Therefore all I do know is that he died in 1917 in
France and his body was returned and interred somewhere in Troy, New York.
I would love to have the name of the cemetery, plot # etc. Then with a date
of interment I may be able to locate something in the local papers of the
return of his body.

Assuming Phillip was in the military in 1917 in France, someone with
Ancestry access can look up his WWI Draft Registration.
