I went on the site and at the very bottom is a link to FAQ's. Your question
is the first on the list at this link

searching for yourself, but the catch is you need to be logged on. Since
there's more than one way to skin a cat or climb the family tree, I
registered and did a search for your name as on your email. I put in your
full name and also tried first name and last initial, but came up with
nothing. Good luck sorting it out.
