“ In 1908 it is Easter Sunday.The Central Federation of Labor meets today to
consider resolutions drafted by Theobald M Guerin, a local carpenter. The
organization votes unanimously to petition Congress for an amendment to the
Sherman Anti –trust Law.,which the Supreme Court has ruled,that labor unions
qualify as conspiracies under it.. The Troy CFL wants the Congress to clearly
define the rights and liberties of the union.
