I am going to Ireland in the Fall to search the baptism and marriage
records for this RC parish, near Tipperary Town and in the Cashel and
Emly Diocese. These records have been closed to the public until very
recently. Since there are a number of emigrants from this parish that
settled in Troy, if you send me your surnames, I will gladly get the
info if it exists. Records start 1810 and go to 1880 with about a 6
month gap from Oct 1838 to beginning of 1839. All I want is the
surname, no other info as I will gather all info on the surname because
you never know how they will fit in your family tree puzzle. Please
post it to this list so it will be in the archives for searching.
