Last month we had a problem. I had 8 confirmed reservations, and about 20
members arrived for the meeting. I made reservations for 12 members to
accommodate any extras; we were set up for 12 and had to be relocated. It
worked out fine for our group, but it was a lot of extra work for the
restaurant at a busy time, and a little embarrassing. They were very
accommodating, and said that it was not a problem.

One of the members sent his response to my personal e-mail, I found it the
day after the meeting in my "Junk Mail." I never thought to look there for
a response.
