Mary, try this. Where it says 'Click here for Form in MS/Word' , RIGHT
click on it, and on the drop-down menu click on 'Open in New Window'. This
should open up the form. I have no clue why this happens, because I sent in
my dues form a few weeks ago by just left-clicking on the link. Now, when I
left-click on it, it doesn't open, just as you said.
