Lynne, I have information about John A. O'Brien and Maria Brennan
including John's death certificate. I don't have it with me but will
email the info tomorrow. John A. O'Brien's mother was Catherine Power.
I think they were from Cork. I'll get back to you. David

Thanks for the update Stan. I have not been able to find any Power
connections in West Troy either and I have most of the
witnesses/godparents
for the families. Someone named "Barry" was a marriage witness for John
A.
O'Brien and Maria Brennan at St. Brigid's in 1876, but no first name is
given. Have no idea if the person is a man or woman.
