Christina, you must have missed this earlier post. I did ask the author of
the paper, Gail DuPont, if we could add it to the TIGS website. This is her
reply, which I posted to the List: We might be able to add it later, but
not just now. So I'll continue to forward it, off-List, to whomever asks for
it.
