Well, I recently got a new computer.
and I lost my FREE 2005 family tree. the tree had multiple notes, references and family stories
Yes, I had backed it up and updated it, on a disc.
the computer store told me, all my files are there on the new computer, all I have to do is to install the program.
I cannot find the program, which I had gotten Free on the internet.
Also unfortunate is, last year I received a complementary 2010 family tree but was never able to convert my 2005 on the 2010.
I called the support and they said, I am a non-paying customer so.... no help
Carol
Does anyone have any suggestions
