Nothing fishy... and I choose not to be offended by the comment. I choose
to believe it was not meant as a personal attack, but rather that the
quotation marks indicate a joke. I certainly did not mean to stir any
controversy, but rather to give a suggestion for consideration.

I will share examples of two of the organizations I use PayPal to support.

Irish History Roundtable: I use PayPal to pay annual dues, order
publications and CDs from them. They tag the surcharge on as shipping
costs.

County Waterford Museum: I use PayPal to pay my annual dues, and order
their books and pamphlets using PayPal. I pay the transaction cost, the
PayPal fee, and the conversion rate in one easy (for me) transaction.
