Today is the 348th wedding anniversary of Robert TYLER (1635-1674) and Joane/Joan READE or RAVENS (1641-1675). (The uncertainty about the bride's maiden name occurs because the handwriting on the original record is illegible.)

Robert was born in Deptford, Kentshire, England and Joane also was born in England. They were married in Kentshire, England. The couple died in Calvert County, Maryland.

Robert was a son of Lawrence TYLER (b. abt 1600) and Dorothy Joan UNKNOWN (b. abt. 1601). I have no information about Joane's parents.

Robert and Joane had at least one child, a son, Robert TYLER (b. 6 Jan 1671 and d. 24 Aug 1738 in Calvert County, Maryland.
